What a contrast vs. the big city mechanics we have encountered - helpful, honest, efficient and reasonably priced. They even sell local jars of jam which were delicious. “I can’t say enough good things about this shop. My sister and I were on a shopping day trip to Niagara (outlet malls, yay!) when suddenly our muffler fell off. Yikes! We were able to limp to the nearest shop, Marty’s! The team there got our car immediately up on the lift and wired the muffler so it was no longer scraping the road. We were in and out in 18 minutes from walk in the door to driving off. How much did he charge?? NOTHING!!! He said it was quick and easy and to enjoy our day. We said a huge Thank You and were able to complete our day and made it back home without further issue (albeit kinda loud). Thank you once more to Marty’s Auto Repair. I can’t say enough!!!”

There should be no reason a front car windshield replacement requires involving your car insurance. Competitors quoted $600-750+, wanting to involve my insurance provider to help cover the bill. “Recently had my brakes done. I cannot say enough about the customer service, quality of work, and integrity of the management. I dropped in, asked for a quote, without them seeing my vehicle. I was given a very fair one based I what I was previously told. They did not try to upsell me the Cadillac of brakes for my 2012 SUV. Not only did they do my brakes, I had a couple filters changed that were not available last time I had an oil change done elsewhere. When it was time to come pick up my vehicle it was not only pouring rain, but lightning. I had mentioned I needed the car that evening and would be there as soon as there was a break in the weather. Minutes later I got a call, and I was offered a ride. I am not sure if this is normal small town service, but I was very moved by the offer and pleased. It gets better. When I went to pay my bill, IT WAS LESS THAN QUOTED! We all live in fear of getting the bill from the garage. I must have had that puzzled look on my face. Thank you for your service is what he said.
