The counselors and support staff all truly care about one's success in the program, they have been educated and some have had addiction experiences of their own. I would strongly recommend this place over private rehab facilities that aren't regulated. I attended "Stillwater " in welland and managed to stay 10 days. The quality and structure of Newport is superior over Stillwater, and you don't have to pay $12,000!”

She has a great knowledge for the sport. I started in January 2021, I am not very coordinated and having never done it in my life, I wondered if it would be overwhelming. Lindsay has the perfect pace, she knows just when to challenge you and advance without you even knowing. I then decided to have her design my workouts as they were very stagnant, my routines have not really changed for about 4 years! She started building my plans and I'll never look back.
