“My grandma moved here about 1 month ago from 4 hours away and she was very nervous to move to a “big city” after living somewhere so small for her entire life. Everyone here has been so helpful and welcoming to her and she constantly tells me how much she loves it. She says the food is amazing and she loves to do the exercise classes in the mornings and play bingo on Mondays and Fridays. There are so many activities she can participate in and day trips she can go on if she chooses. She also says all the residents are very nice and everyone says hi to one another. Overall, she is extremely happy here and I feel great knowing she’s somewhere that’s safe and the staff care about her.”

“I've been coming here for about 8 years. While the cuts are never perfect, staff is friendly and service is quick. Pricing is way too high (I was paying $15 or so 8 years ago and now almost $30) HOWEVER I tried Great Clips in Fonthill recently and no difference ($1 less) and the cut wasn't good (thank god my hair grows back fast). The grass wasn't greener at Great Clips so don't waste your time; stick to First Choice in Welland.”
