Pilates Essentials is an excellent Pilates studio. The facilities are always clean, the equipment is always cleaned, in prefect condition and often upgraded. The instructor is a wonderful and kind person. She takes special care to understand her client's needs and abilities when planning a session. She challenges us. I have been a client of hers for over ten years. Luanne, thank you for your excellence in teaching us.

I have been attending one on one classes with Luann for over a year now and I cannot recommend her enough. The time and attention she gives to each and every one of her clients is unparalleled. She is very attentive to the needs of each client and really works with you to make sure you get what you need out of the class. I have never been pushed harder and achieved more than I thought I ever could in my physical journey with Pilates Essentials. You will sweat and you will ache afterwards, but I cannot recommend her enough. She definitely knows what she's doing and I'm truly thankful I started my journey with fitness here.
