Breathe Pilates and Yoga Studio

This is a great place to do yoga & pilates and reformer, the teachers are all so knowledgeable. It is its own little community. It's like a second home for me, very greatful for everyone that I take classes with. Give it a try you'll be glad you did.

This studio is more than just exercise, it is about empowering & encouraging each other. The positive vibes are contagious & it is one of my favourite parts of my weekly/daily routine! Instructors are super encouraging, there are smiles all around (even when you feel like you're dying in the exercise), laughter fills the room & the space is welcoming.

Breathe is such an excellent and diverse fitness studio! I’ve been a member since May of 2016 and I have never loved working out more! There are so many classes to choose from—from kickboxing and Zumba to Pilates and yoga. You can’t go wrong for their unlimited membership! The instructors and other participants are lovely and welcoming! I love Breathe!
