“6/5 for Ryn's Furniture. We started the day at the Brick (no one even approached us), went over to Aaron's (had no selection) third was Ryn's and we had full intent on going other places, but the exceptional customer service that we received from Darlene, we knew we wouldn't have to look anymore. Firstly the store has a very large selection of furniture and the cleanliness was prestine. Prices were very reasonable, but Darlene is what made the experience exceptional. We are taller fellas just looking for a couch to match new floors in our basement. She was able to tailor to our larger size, her knowledge of textiles and colour matching was unreal. She was very patient with us as we asked a lot of follow up questions, went home to get a floor sample and a third opinion (as it is a large purchase). She was very approachable and paid close attention to our needs. Going in for one sectional, coming out with a sofa, loveseat, and ottoman surely shows the level of customer service we were receiving. Darlene was very professional and honest with best practices on purchasing and maintaining the couch with product protection ideas. We have never dealt with such an outstanding individual along with such a great environment. We can't wait for our couches to come in and will be going here first next time for our furniture needs. “Quiet, tucked away park off Arthur Street, better parking and entry to the park off Melody Trail. Love the slope heading down to the park! Would be great for tobogganing in the winter. “I brought my car in to have the undercarriage oil sprayed and to also have the interior cleaned. When speaking with Gary, my husband and I mentioned that we would like to get a quote to have my hood painted, as there was some bubbling and rust starting. Gary gave us a great price right on the spot for everything, and said if we wanted, they could do all the work starting that day, and pick it up 2 days later. We agreed, and sure enough 2 days later I get the call that my car is finished and ready to pick up. When I arrived and saw my car - I was ecstatic! My car looked amazing both inside and out. Great service, great workmanship, very reasonable price, and on time like promised. Highly recommend!”

“First-time having equipment serviced at Bud's. Pretty satisfied I took my lawnmower in on Friday and was told they were pretty backed up so it might be a 2 weeks before they can look at it. Got a call Saturday morning saying they had a chance to look at it, discussed the list of recommendations and cost estimate. Got a call Tuesday that it was ready for pick up. Got it home intime to cut the lawn. I think the price was reasonable for both labour and parts. I will be back again when I can't fix it myself I recommend Bud's small engine in Port Colborne”
