The young girl (staff) by their reception is so nice and very knowledgeable while I was applying for my library card. Thank you for your kind service! The thing that made me give a 4 stars is because a staff who I think in her office at the back was really loud talking and laughing to a fellow staff member. Doesn’t she know where she is?
