If you buy products online, and it's not 1000+$ at a time, you will get sub-par service. I have used these guys 3 times and every single time wrong product is shipped. in all cases you will expect product to be received 1month later outside of QC. For your protection, use Pay-Pal or credit card.

Latest shipment I purchased 2 harness lines, received 1 and of the wrong size. I read comments below and am dealing with Bruno, hopefully we will get this resolved without issues.

I have now bought several items from 2-rad windsurfing, a whishbone and other smaller items. I checked the website for availability and emailed 2-rad directly everytime. Bruno has always been super responsive, fast and reliable. Communication has been great and items were shipped in a timely manner with a tracking number and arrived on time. The one star complainers should perhpas take the time to call or write an email before buying online, it makes the purchase a much better experience.
