“This place was such a delight. The host Jody was more than accommodating, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was truly memorable. The room we stayed in was cozy and quaint- all the amenities that you need. Comfortable bed, beautiful claw tub shower, small sitting and kitchen area, and a picturesque porch overlooking the gardens! And the icing on the cake- the most delicious breakfast!! Close to the old town, wineries, nice restaurants and shops, and Niagara Falls! Can’t wait to come back and visit again!”

“Customer Service done right! Every single interaction with Lodge staff was cordial. You are paying for your amenities but you know this going in and the convenience to tap your room key to purchase goods and services makes navigating the facility without a wallet a breeze!! Rooms are well and appropriately decorated, water park is well managed and organized. Even when there were lines to the water slides, they moved quickly and efficiently. In lieu of a travel vacation, this was excellent and even as travel becomes more possible, we will likely still routinely return to Great Wolf Lodge!”

“Can't say enough about how good this hotel is. The location is great. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Be aware that busses full of students and church groups sometimes stay here, so the pool may be a little busy and noisy. But the staff handles them like a champ. The gym is small but it has the necessary, regular equipment to get a decent workout. The common areas are maintained cleaned. The rooms are quiet. The breakfast was usually well stocked with the regular items (eggs, ham-egg-cheese sandwiches, bagels, cereal, milk, etc). The free ice cream in the afternoon really makes a difference. It is a little detail, but it really wins over the little ones in the group.”

“This stunning home is impeccable. We stayed in Lady Sophia's room and couldn't have been more pleased. Gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub and charm made for a tranquil stay. We had the best night sleep. Woke up to 3 course breakfast. Amazing and local. The history in this home is incredible and we are so thankful to be apart of it. We can't wait to return. Thank you!”
