I have been getting my supplies from Mike for winterizing myself the last few years and he took the extra time to go through things step by step so that it was done right. I made several calls to ask about other maintenance issues and Kathy and Mike went above and beyond to help out. Mike even offered to take the time to show me first hand when I brought my boat to the shop. “Awesome location to purchase a Travel Trailer! My other half and I were looking around the Niagara region at travel trailers. We stopped at multiple OTHER locations and felt extremely pressured, and felt as if anything we asked would be turned into another thing we could be sold. After researching a model Smithville RV had in stock (Coachmen Freedom Express 204RD) we stopped in to take a look, and the service sold us! We were able to comfortably look around the trailer, try out any feature we wanted on it and were given space to do so. If we had any questions they were answered with a smile and a great feeling of our best interest in mind. During our delivery, the technician who walked us through the trailer was awesome! He gave us great advice, tips and tricks for first time owners. Anything we had further questions on he made sure to show us again and explain it in a different way to make sure we wouldn't make any mistakes that could cause safety issues for us, or cause damage to our unit. Every employee here (Including owner) was amazing. Thank you again for everything, we are excited to continue on with your location for all our future trailer needs! Anybody shopping in the region for a trailer make sure to consider Smithville RV, other locations may have larger inventory but I assure you the Service is better here!”
