While we are based 2 hours away , they both went the extra mile to get paperwork , repairs , and financing in place over a 2 week period via email and phone so, I just drove into pick up the car. My mechanic identified couple of issues but Mike got them all repaired without any hassles in 2 days. The detailing also was pretty good too, with new tires and brakes . Remarkably smooth process for an out of town customer like myself.”

I've also been a client for at least 10 years since moving to Welland, and have always been treated in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. I was in recently, and the young male pharmacist that assisted me, was very helpful and attentive. I have absolutely no complaints. Perhaps the people who are not happy with the way they think they are treated, should be aware of how they themselves behave towards the staff! No one is perfect, and the stress caused by the present conditions ie Covid 19, seems to bring the nasties come to surface. I didn't give a five score because it's a rarity that anything is 100%, but as far as I'm concerned the service is pretty good!”

Unfortunately it took a bit longer to get than they told me - glad it wasn't an insurance job because my rental would have been used up, but more importantly, the door was in mint condition as promised. One word of warning though - if you use the texting, DON'T press "call' in response to the text - it switches to a 619 phone number (California) without any warning and my phone dialed that number every time thereafter.”
