Very great service! The check engine light in our motor home suddenly came on while we were on vacation. Called, we were allowed to come by immediately. We were greeted by a very nice member of staff,
read out the error memory and corrected the error with a software update. Didn't take an hour. That's how customer service works! Thank you very much!

Fast, professional repair of our small car. Very friendly and competent employees. We parked the car in the evening and the next day they contacted us and said the car was ready to be picked up. It was repaired as we requested, at no extra cost. The service was great.

On this way, once again a big thank you to the team from Autohaus Staffel! The check engine light on our Ducato camper came on during a short trip to Munich. We stopped at a Fiat dealer in Coburg to have the error read out. Unfortunately, this request was denied, instead, after a quick look into the engine compartment, marten damage was diagnosed..... at least 6 cables bitten, damage around €1000 to €1200. We drove on anyway and the check engine light went out by itself. After we got back home without any further problems, I contacted the Staffel car dealership. Very friendly contact already on the phone. Competent advice then on site. The vehicle was repaired after 3 days, and all for less than €50. Thanks to the team *****
