I usually don't write reviews on auto part stores, but I'm going to have to on this one. From the moment I walked in the front doors, I was greeted by very pleasant and positive staff. Not just one person, but all of them. They didn't bombard me with all these questions (we all know how customer service is nowadays) and they made me feel at ease. They were really there to help me and stopped at nothing to make sure my problem was fixed. I've never seen any retail store (popular or not) go above and beyond just for my little issue. So if you want that place to treat you the way you deserve to me treated, who's going to take care of your every need with a smile on their face and personality to go with it, not to mention the many items they have for your vehicle, then this is the store to come to. They have a loyal customer from me from now on. Thank you AutoZone in Keller tx. For making my experience so amazing....

I had a very memorable experience today as I felt like I received VIP service from Baylor who is a former Master Mechanic and US Marine veteran. His professionalism and personality shines through as he is extremely knowledgeable, educated and efficient.

He fixed my vehicle, as my battery had issues and 1,2,3 he was done and I was back to doing what I should have been doing hours before. I'm so thankful that I ran into him today and know where to find someone with the skill and ethics.

I highly recommend that any customer that enters this store asks to speak with Baylor to receive the same service and commitment to your vehicle.

The battery on my automobile carked it. Now I don't know much about automobile -- about enough to drive it to the AutoZone and find a fella who knows what's going on in there. Today, that fella was Michael Butler at the 377/Golden Triangle AutoZone! Nicest fella I've ever had a experience of this sort with. He was warm and friendly and patient with us like a car uncle. Showed us how to pop an old battery out and pop a new battery in. Really went out of his way to help us out a great deal and walk through everything carefully. Didn't rip me off or give me a hard time for being a young guy with zero car smarts -- quite the opposite! Now my car runs minty fresh again. Thank you AutoZone Michael! Nicest fella, deserves a big raise and promotion and day off. Ask around for him in there.

I just called corporate and also left an online survey review about my experience here and figured i’d finish it off by doing a google review. I have never had a better customer service experience. Not just at an auto parts store, but at ANY store. Michael Butler helped me and my fiancé this morning with a car battery install. We were both scared and nervous because we know nothing about cars. My car guy used to be my grandpa who was more of a dad to me, and he passed away from cancer in 2021. I didn’t think it would be easy to trust a car guy again. Michael however made it super easy to trust him! He felt like family! He thoroughly explained why he was doing what he was doing, gave us recommendations and told us why he thought certain things would be good for us. When it came time to actually install the battery, he gave us “car battery 101”. He taught us what he was doing when he was doing it. Explained what certain parts do. Explained the best way to do certain things. He told us about our warranty for our new battery and what to do if something happens in the future. Michael was absolutely awesome! He went above and beyond for us and absolutely deserves any kind of praise he could get. I will ALWAYS come back to this Autozone in the future and will tell everyone I know to go see Michael. Also, if you are a parent of a kid who needs some car help but aren’t able to do it yourself, send them to this Autozone! They’ll be in good hands here. They don’t take advantage of you just because you’re young and have no idea what’s going on. Thank you again, Michael. I hope I don’t have a reason to have to come back and see you soon, but if for some reason I do, I feel 100% confident i’ll be in good hands.

Called ahead to make sure they had the battery we needed, and they did! When we got there, we planned to change it ourselves, but Jeremy S. checked and said he would be happy to do it for us. He was so kind and prompt, and my Jeep was good to go in less than 15 minutes! Thank for for being a super person and a great Store Manager, Jeremy. This Auto Zone will be our new go-to! Would absolutely recommend to anyone

An excellent place to enjoy a coffee, either alone or with the family. Staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Its theme is great. Family business that provides a pleasant experience.
