(January 16, 2023, 4:49 pm)This is my “home away from home” when visiting family in the area. The staff are amazing, especially Laura in Housekeeping/Hospitality. She always has a smile and a friendly greeting. The front desk staff are also wonderful and customer service oriented. I am always happy to arrive here and sad when I leave!
(December 27, 2022, 10:08 pm)Hotel & rooms are clean. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Special mention to Luis who saved my day when understood the complexity of an issue I had to deal with and jumped in to help without an issue. Thank you!
(December 12, 2022, 5:12 pm)The rooms are cozy, and clean. The housekeeping staff is just wonderful. The head housekeeper Mrs. Maria is a Godsend. She makes sure the rooms are properly serviced which isn't necessary, her team are great at doing their job, but we are thankful for her. The front desk employees are helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or just want to get away for a weekend or even a month. The rooms have full kitchenettes and dishes. Anything your room is missing is usually available at the front desk. If not there is a Neighborhood WalMart literally right around the corner from the hotel. It is located in the most beautiful area of Mesquite that you could find.
