I have rented many items from U-Haul Moving & Storage at Westchase over the years ... my go to for Rental Truck & Trailers & Propane! I have enjoyed getting to know the GM over the years. Last week, I had the opportunity to work with Jean for some propane. Longstory short, we had another guest cut in front and Jean didn't realize until after ... once he realized, he was very apologetic of the situation and went the extra mile to help out. I was extremely impressed at how Jean handled the situation. Thank you Jean for being an outstanding person and team member at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Westchase!

So patient with me no matter how many times i bugged him. Amazing. Thank you for presenting customer service to the max!
