waterdrop Flagship Store Amsterdam

What customer service! We tasted about five different flavors of their waters. They sell these sugarless cubes to put in water. A few flavors offer electrolytes. They also have very nice waterbottles. We ended up buying five of their flavored cubes and bought a water bottle at 30% off. I even had my name and a picture laser etched on to the top of the water bottle! The employees were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend to stop in.

I came in and I was very confused about the concept of this store until a nice girl named Mia approached me and made me feel welcomed by explaining everything in details and allowing to try the flavors I was interested in. I ended up buying some things for me and gifts too. I really enjoyed my experience in the store and the water so I will be coming back!

Wow a waterdrop in real life! The store is well designed with a variety of drinks to try and with nice introductions. Highly recommend!

Ieva was amazing with the best service! I didn’t know about the recycling service so she let me know, she let me try some flavors and I love youth and zen, will be drinking more water now!
