“Recommended for persons with all levels of yoga experience! I regularly have the pleasure of taking different yoga classes at the Hot Flow Jordaan Studio in Amsterdam. From the moment I entered the studio, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The studio itself is beautiful, with a small changing area, showers and a serene ambiance that made me feel right at home. The flow classes are truly transformative. The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and led us through a challenging that left me feeling strong, energized, and centered. The heat in the room added an extra layer of intensity that helped me to deepen my practice and really push myself to new heights. I can also recommend the Hot Yin and Hot Aromatherapy Yin classes from Hot Flow Jordaan. These classes have a slower pace, where postures are held for 3-5 minutes at a time. In addition, the use of essential oils adds a therapeutic element to the classes. Overall, I really recommend following classes at the Hot Flow Jordaan Studio. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to explore this ancient practice, this studio has something to offer everyone!”

“I can't praise Kensho enough. I really have seen quite a lot of Gyms in Amsterdam over the years and used OneFit extensively for a few years not wanting to commit and see where. For me, the quality of the group classes, the roster of available classes throughout the entire day (not just morning and evening), the variety offered and most of all the expertise of the instructors have been the most important factor. There are just really not that many gyms in Amsterdam that offer as many classes throughout the entire day. Kensho is a boutique, stylish gym where a lot of attention is going into detail. Quality equipment, perfect light, and a personal touch. The team knows its members and is genuinely concerned about their goals, progress, general health, and individual wishes and expectations. A really important aspect too is cleanliness. That really is not always a given in other gyms. At peak hours there is no waiting for your turn as in some other gyms either. I also love that they have Rituals cosmetics in the showers. I really much rather pay a bit more but then get all that than saving 30 euros a month having to bring 50-cent coins for a shower/locker or nonsense like that. If you are really serious about your workouts and you value quality, you really need to come to check Kensho out.”

“I joined the school from day 4 in 2003 when Therese and Rick started this beautiful yoga school at the ceintuurbaan and now still practicing and can’t imagine my life without it. Some phases in my life more often than others but always returning. Why? The warmth of the yoga room and the warmth of the dedicated teachers and Therese and Rick (owners ). Feed my body and mind with calm and strengthening energy. Feeling flexible and grounded even on challenging days. Always paying attention to special needs without neglecting the group process. Always learning, improving and being guided to cross an extra hurdle or to take it more slow. Young , old , fit or less fit, everyone together in one class . Safety is key 💚 The location at the Prinsengracht became my favorite due to its spaciousness and beautiful decorated school. Ceintuurbaan is also wonderful and has a more cost small vibe. Showers and hygiene (clean floors ) are always very carefully taken care of to feel clean and relaxt . “So so so good ! I’ve been seeing Ryu now on and off for over three years now being originally recommended by a friend. He really takes his time understanding your challenges and tailoring your treatment perfectly to this. As someone who also regularly gets physio and massage I also find that I’m more relaxed and my body more aligned after a treatment with Ryu than after these sorts of “fixes””
