He even offered a cup of coffee, and was very professional and thorough with the services. After I received an email from T-mobile of a rejection, I had to go back on Sunday, and Cehavir was also very helpful and professional in explaining the situation. I very much recommend the shop, and the friendly staff. So far, quite happy that I switched over from Lycamobile - though T-mobile is more expensive and more restrictive (less countries I can call), I am happy I made the switch.
