(December 25, 2022, 11:02 am)We really enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner at REM. One can see the attached six courses menu. Every course was delicious, beautifully presented and well served. We were also very thankful that our dog was allowed to enter the restaurant. The view is great and the restaurant building is very special. Definitely recommended for everyone to come and experience! Most important the service is super! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Thanks for the memorable evening. We’ll for sure come back again!

They have an appealing selection of wines (we particularly enjoyed the dessert wines) and the food was interesting as well. The bread and butter were out of this planet ❣️ The only reason why I am taking one star away it is because of the amount of time we had to wait between courses... We got our cold appetizer after one hour and the warm one after another hour and so on... overall we spent 4 hours for the 5 courses menu and we had to rush between the main and dessert because they were about to close.

He was so nice to ask the kitchen, to serve restaurant food in the bar.
Over the whole dinner staff was very caring.
Food was extraordinary good, and prices were totally reasonable.
The location itself is spectacular.
(October 22, 2022, 9:23 am)What an amazing way to dine! The food is really top tier, and so are the views. We were blown away by their six-course tasting menu and wine pairing. So much creativity in their dishes. The structure is beautiful inside. I'm so glad they repurposed it like they have. It was a very memorable experience.
(February 5, 2022, 2:30 pm)After learning the restaurant was open, we decided to check it out and go for drinks. The staff is very friendly and warm. The restaurant and bar area look lovely, we were sat on the leather couches which make for a great view of Amsterdam. Cocktails were very nice and well made. We did not get dinner here but definitively will next time we visit. Can definitively recommend visiting this place, it’s well worth the travel!
