The dumplings were okay, but the shrimp inside was very mushy. The service is very quick and our waiter was super kind too. Overall I would definitely visit again!”

“Really impressed with this place. We come from the cruise terminal so about an hours walk away. It was definitely worth it. Me and my partner both wanted to try a coffee shop and was the first time at a coffee shop. We explained this to a staff member and they recommend a prerolled one which was good and not strong to start with. We enjoyed the experience so much we went there the next day as well. Staff are very friendly and know there stuff. The place has a cool vibe and felt relaxed. They also do edibles and we will be back here for sure. When we next come to Amsterdam.”

“One of the best beer bars I have ever visited. The pub has existed since 1985 in a house that has existed as a distillery since 1690. Always 18 beers on tap from all over the world and many bottled beers, always perfectly tempered. The staff really knows beer and what they can do. In addition, this wonderful, old furnishings. It is very pleasant that there is no music playing. You can have a wonderful conversation, stay there for a long time and enjoy a fantastic beer selection. If there were 10 stars, I would give them.”

“Good breakfast spot. It is pretty popular so you might have to wait in line a little bit, especially if you want to seat outside on a sunny day. The eggs Benedict with salmon was good. I personally feel that they could have put more salmon and Hollandaise sauce for the price. The eggs could be a bit larger as well. What they do it put everything onto one bun and leave the other bun lying next to the main dish. Obviously if they spread everything onto two buns, it would look quite modest. What I liked is that they serve some fresh salad on the side. The coffee was good but also a bit overpriced. Overall no regrets but I would probably try another place next time”

“This was one of a few times I’ve eaten at a 2 star Michelin restaurant so I expected nothing but perfection and that is exactly what we got in almost every area. The food was delish and fresh and every course was better than the last. The service was out of this world and such a well oiled machine. We loved the part where we were brought back to the chefs table area too such a nice touch. The ONLY major downside I would give this (fully well understanding the length of some of these meals) was that it just felt way too long as the entire dinner experience was over 3.5 hours in total.”

“Lovely studio with ample changing areas and water available. I enjoyed the taught aerial hoop classes and found they offered a great challenge and progression. I would suggest more instructor oversight and advice for newcomers on how to access mats and other studio procedures during open sessions. It is obvious that this does not reflect the studio itself but these issues may have been avoided with stronger advice on protocols for newcomers. I was made to feel unwelcome by a clique of English-speaking women during a visit in summer. They acted territorial over crash mats despite only a few thick mats available out of 5-6 participants, and one person made uninvited snide comments ("advice") to me while I was cooling down about studio tidying protocols. It put me off going back and I forfeited my subsequent bookings as I was only temporarily in Amsterdam. I hope to return when I'm next in the area and hopefully have a better experience. :)”

“Dutch education for international student is a joke in general!!! Before you signed up, they lure you with how international, immersive, and diverse they are. However, after you begin your course, you will find out that you are in a very helpless situation as an international. Dutch university did a really good job in marketing and ripping money form all the international students. I highly recommend international students to go to other country for higher education!!! Beside being helpless in class and in school, the housing situation in Amsterdam is also crazy. I know few student apartments’ waiting list can be up to 100+ people waiting for one room. Cheaper student apartments start from 700+ euro, expensive one can be up to 900+ or 1000+, which is a lot for students. However, I still find some professor very helpful and caring (few). This is probably the reason why I still give 4 stars review. The campus itself is combined with new and old. The cafeteria food is okish but affordable for student. Sometimes there will be people dancing salsa in the baseball court. Anyway, if I got the chance to study abroad again, I definitely will not choose Dutch university :)”
