Eliane provides great service coupled with an exceptionally high level of restoration. My antique book now looks beautiful again and is, probably, even sturdier and better put together than when it was sold in 1914. What struck me in particular was her passion for her profession and the desire to convey this to her clients. When I picked up my book from her, I immediately received a mini course in restoration and bookbinding, from which I learned a lot. With this critical and passionate view, every book is in very capable hands with her. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Nautilus Boekbinderij for any job in the field of book restoration and binding.

Eliane has beautifully restored my 1946 comic book Tintin "het Broken Ear". The book was in poor condition, pages torn and peeling from the cover. She did a great job and I'm very happy to read it again.

Eliane from Nautilus Boekbinderij did an excellent job for me. In recent years she has expertly restored several books that are dear to me. I met Eliane at the last Haarlemse Stripdagen in June 2016.
At her stand she had exhibited a Tintin that she had restored.
I got excited and thought of my own Tintins who didn't look so good anymore.
They are my first comic books in a now large collection, which I have built up over the past 40 years. I therefore wanted them to look good and presentable again.
A few days after the Strip Days I brought my 5 Tintins to her.
After a few weeks I saw the result of the restoration.
This exceeded all my expectations. The Tintins look great again and I have now displayed them at home.
Eliane has done a great job and the result is beyond expectations.
