“The boys behind behind the pines are super knowledgeable, friendly and take the time for you and all your questions and requests. The quality of the products sold is high and clearly chosen with care. The shop gives a nice welcoming vibe with coffee and even a chill area to watch the latest snowboard movies. They also take great care of our snowboards which we bring there for service. No machine waxing but all by hand. The only negative I would say is that we never leave empty handed.”

Not only was I helped and fast, but while waiting, I was greeted by two super friendly staff members. “I have had a wonderful time shopping here. I want to say first thing you have to consider is to bring time! I waited 1,5 hours to enter the boutique. You sign up via a notification system at the store so you’ll receive a message once it’s your turn to shop. I was able to browse the boutique and was offered complementary drinks. After a short while I got a sales assistant assigned who took great care of me. I don’t understand the negative reviews but I can imagine if you don’t come with a plan to purchase anything your mindset might be different. I felt very well understood regarding my personal style and received great assistance in shopping. Even the cashiers were very friendly and made this experience so memorable for me!”
