“Food was good. Not much to complain.. Service was ok. Not praiseworthy nor bad. The atmosphere was really nice. I wouldn't mind coming back to this resto. I had the sukiyaki soup base; which can get a bit salty after a while”

“Excellent martial arts gym. The owner and coaches are very competent in training people and they provide an evironment that is very inspiring for martials artists. From MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Arnis, Karate, and Jiujitsu they cover most all the unarmed combat ranges and even weapons. The gym also provides strength training and cardio equipment to truly round out one's development. The surrounding neighborhood is also excellent, so don't be afraid to check them out. Lastly, prices are very reasonable. There are packages that give you unlimited use and lets you join as many classes as you want. There are also packages that give you a certain number of classes or personal training sessions for the more budget conscious. The only thing that could possibly stop you from joining this gym is if you live far away from Alabang. Nonetheless, check them out and you might find yourself trying to figure out ways to make regular trips here. For those who want their children to learn martial arts, BMA's chief instructor (Coach Vadim) would make an excellent teacher. His method of teaching children was a joy to behold. It's best to visit them to see for yourselves his modern methods of instruction.”
