Thank you for all the support in the purchase of my new vehicle. Otis worked so hard to find the car I wanted, as there are currently a very limited number available with the specifications I was after. All sales options were explained to me throughly to allow me to make the right choice for me.
Collection of the vehicle was made to feel very special and most importantly Otis spent time going through the vehicle systems, to ensure I understood what the car can do and ensuring I can use all the different functions.
I was kept up to date at all time as to what was going on and any questions I had were answered promptly. Really excellent service from Otis and the team.
We had a very good experience of buying our car from Motorvogue Renault Bedford and we were very well looked after by Otis White, he kept us updated on progress of our car from start to finish which was very much appreciated and helped to register the car in my own personal private number plate. The handover day was really exciting with the car unwrapped for us after we’d had photos taken with it and Otis took all the time we needed to explain every aspect of the car to us and helped me to complete my profile set up that he’d already started for me. We’d definitely buy another car from Otis and Motorvogue again.
Buying a new car is both a challenge and a waiting game right now. Having ordered a car from Motorvogue Renault in Bedford back in March, it was finally handed over in November - that’s how long it takes at the moment, so no fault of the dealership. Throughout the experience Karina, my Sales Executive, was impeccable with her regular communication, so I was always kept up to date. Picked up my new car on Monday I have to say it’s been the most pleasurable experience I’ve had when purchasing a car. Helpful, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Karina who was there to help me through the whole process.
We visited Motorvogue Renault in Bedford as we were looking for a new Clio as a second car to add to the family fleet. We arranged a test drive via their website, when we arrived we were greeted by Karina who was great and dealt with us very efficiently. After the test drive we decided we wanted to go ahead with the purchase. We already had a deal on the table from a competing Renault garage that we were happy with, so we shared this info with the Motorvogue team and they quickly agreed to match it so we pushed on with the purchase via Motorvogue as they were also more local to us. From arriving for a test drive to leaving the garage after making the new vehicle order it took us just over an hour which was great. Whilst we were waiting for our new car to arrive we were kept updated monthly by Karina. The car arrived earlier than expected which was great for us and Karina facilitated a smooth handover of the car once the car arrived with them. We had great, efficient service from Karina & the Motorvogue Renault Bedford team and we would recommend them to other customers in the area on the hunt for a new car.
