  We purchased a restored Bechstein Model V from The Piano Shop; it's a wonderful piano and plays beautifully. Our daughter's music teacher spent a day playing the piano and cannot praise it enough. Excellent and professional service from Nigel at a good price with free delivery and full five year warranty. Thank you - everyday we look at and play the piano and cannot believe we own a Bechstein!

  I recently had to downsize my piano from a baby grand to an upright and the Piano Shop came highly recommended to me. It did mean a 120 mile round trip for me, but it was certainly worth the effort of this long drive. Amongst the large stock, the showroom offered a sizeable selection of uprights and I finally chose a 1970s Knight in excellent condition and with a great sound. Nigel and the staff in the showroom were most helpful in demonstrating several pianos and in helping me reach my decision. I paid a very competitive price and the piano was delivered and set up for me very quickly and efficiently within a few days. If you are on the lookout for a piano, I would highly recommend that you visit the Piano Shop. Many thanks to all the staff.

  I took my 14 year old son here in the holidays to 'choose' a piano - his small piano was no longer adequate. What a selection! He played most of the pianos in the shop and then made a decision, which he immediately changed. The owner was great with all of this and we are very happy with the Yamaha U1 that he finally chose. Highly recommended.

  What a fantastic service! We were able to spend ages in the shop in Eridge trying out different pianos - the staff were very patient with my two young children and very helpful. We received excellent advice and the piano we chose was delivered to us in great condition a few days later. It was not easy to deliver the new piano (or take the old one away) through my narrow twisty hallway but the piano shop staff did a fantastic job.
