From the office staff processing insurance claims and renewals immediately, the friendliness of the nursing staff, their kindness and support when things didn't work out as hoped, to the excellent work of the highly skilled vets, I really couldn't have hoped or asked for a more professional, excellent service. No one likes having to call the vet out but the whole team at Priors make the experience as painless as possible, from start to end.
