“I recently had to downsize my piano from a baby grand to an upright and the Piano Shop came highly recommended to me. It did mean a 120 mile round trip for me, but it was certainly worth the effort of this long drive. Amongst the large stock, the showroom offered a sizeable selection of uprights and I finally chose a 1970s Knight in excellent condition and with a great sound. Nigel and the staff in the showroom were most helpful in demonstrating several pianos and in helping me reach my decision. I paid a very competitive price and the piano was delivered and set up for me very quickly and efficiently within a few days. “Pretty much the best butcher in the area. The staff are brilliant and know not just the produce but can advise on cooking and recipes. The shop is full of great treats, drinks, ice-cream, desserts, fresh organic vegetables and fruits and one hell of a cheese counter. You will always find something good to eat here and although a little more expensive the quality is way beyond supermarkets and other butchers. You won't regret going.”

“A beautiful area with paths around the rocks that are easy to follow. It is highly unusual to have bedrock above the ground like this in south east England, so it makes a nice, unusual place to visit. From a purely aesthetic perspective, I would say that the nearby Toad Rock and Bull's Hollow are slightly more beautiful, but Eridge is larger and so it is a better location for an easy country walk.”
