  Brilliant!
  
  My wife had her 1st appointment today with Nichola at this Physiotheray clinic, worlds apart from what she had to endure on the NHS in the past!
  
  She was treated professionally & politely She actually had manipulation(?) and advice on "icing treatment" & 2 home exercises.
  
  The sheet normally given to patients had run out due to a printer problem *but* would ensure 1 was sent out later this afternoon.
  
  All I can say is "Thank You!" for caring and being so professional!

  Staff are friendly and polite and professional, didn't have to hang around when i arrived, and kept to my appointment time. Thanks
