(June 4, 2018, 2:44 pm)Went in to the Harlow Virgin store on 4th June with my girlfriend to ask for help with problems we had with a new android mobile phone I bought her to use with her SIM deal. We were worried after getting no mobile WiFi or limited call use on a 4G network. The 2 chaps there were more than helpful to us, not only solving issues, but advising my girlfriend on better Virgin deals on the same tariff charge she had. We both left very thankful and appreciate of great customer relations because of them. Well done Virgin, give them our thanks!
