He demonstrated the differences in the products on offer, helping us choose a more appropriate option for the living room than we initially were looking at. Unlike other stores we didn't feel pressured for an upsell and he never hovered or was overbearing. His knowledge and experience were apparent and eventually saved us over £200 in the process.
