(November 8, 2018, 7:19 am)I've been a member if TMfit for three and a half years now and I've gone from someone who hated gyms, especially any type if group training, to someone who absolutely loves it! I've lost two stone and my entire body is more toned and I feel great. My fitness is a million times better and I have more energy. The classes are always varied and the trainers are all so lovely and professional. It's not a "show offs" gym and everyone I've met is so friendly and puts you at complete ease.
First session is free so you've got nothing to lose, go for it!!
