  A lovely afternoon spent with 8 ladies celebrating a birthday lunch. A good menu choice and value for money. The service was excellent and our waiter David for the afternoon was attentive, polite and very entertaining. Highly recommended.

  Good quick service. Really tasty mains. I had nice desert but cheesecake was little disappointing. Overall very good and would return.

  Been here many times and it's been excellent each time. Worth visiting for lunch an evening meal or just a drink.
  
  Great service, good choice of food, nice atmosphere. Pricing is on the high side although this does represent the quality, I'm sure most people would pay more knowing they'll receive a quality dish.
  
  Recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

  Food's a bit pricey but is good quality. Setting is very pleasant if you like archetypal English village with cricket green. Overall pleasant place.
