Beautiful historic woodland - great for walks

I love this place been taking kids for years ,stuffed animals ,paper and writhing aids. There's a pond and an area to view birds. Lovely and relaxing. I especially love the book reading area.

You can have lovely time with the family in here. Recommended and kids love it.

A little slice of peace in the midst of Harlow: having lived in the area for 22 years, I had never really even heard of it, but what a surprise, a lovely peaceful walk through nature and with an information centre its a great way for kids to find out more about the flora and fauna of the area. The bat walks are also a must do

Pleasant place to visit but the opening hours are very limited. I guest this is because there needs to be staff, but the staff seem to mainly man the tea room. I think, during these summer days at least, they lend us civilians a little trust to be able to go on an amble without supervision. Just throw up a sign saying 'Tea room shut and you're on your own if fall A over T, bring your mobile in case of emergency. PS. Don't be a dick and leave rubbish laying about!'
