“I visited the dream lodge in Ely last month and I had the most wonderful time. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The customer service was good and if we needed information we could call the people we had contact details for. We had to call once in order ro get some help and the lady was very quick and efficient with helping us. The lodge was clean, cozy and ultra relaxing. It had everything you needed in order to feel comfortable. I would have liked to check in earlier without extra cost as you would at a normal hotel. Other than that the stay was PERFECT ????”

“Great place to walk the dogs. It’s a really well looked after woods with good paths and loads of routes to take. Visitors centre always seems to have loads of things going on, so be sure to get there early if you are driving as parking is limited.”

“One of the best examples of meadows in Essex, this nature reserve is a haven of tranquility not far from Sun Corner at one end of Billericay High Street. Great for dog walkers and those who love green spaces, with its trails that wander through the meadows, interspersed with rustic benches to rest a while, and shady woodland areas. It's home to a variety of wildlife, birds and native wild flowers, with a small herd of cattle (Red Pols) brought in to graze from late spring throughout the summer.”
