“We had a very pleasant stay, the owner was very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and welcoming. Our toddler slept very well in the travel cot provided and we are enjoyed having breakfast in our room at our leisure. Guest house is also very convenient for the train, and although you can hear the trains frequently they didn't disturb us in the night. The village centre is a short walk away and there are a few pubs to choose from for your evening meal. Recommended, thank you :)”

“Booked in for a party of twelve last night, arrived a little early to find our table laid out and waiting, the place was fully booked and the staff were very busy, a couple of my guests were already at the bar so I joined them and was served in less than a minute by the owner. We were all seated on time, and the food was delivered to the tables by three waitress seamlessly, food was excellently prepared and there was plenty of it, would highly recommend this venue, but would suggest if possible to book in advance so as not to be disappointed.very happy to give five stars all round.”

“I highly recommend the Botanical Shed. Louise creates the most amazing flowers and bouquets. I chose her for my wedding bouquets, button holes and table flowers for my wedding in October. She has an obvious passion for what she does and this shows in her creations. I knew I wanted blue and white flowers with beautifully smelling herbs and greenery. Louise created fabulously fragrant bouquets that complemented our outfits perfectly. The table looked and smelt amazing as well with a heart shaped wreath and ruscous garlands. I loved it all.
