“Took my car in for an MOT and they were able to accommodate me at short notice. Unfortunately the car failed on a steering issue which B&W resolved for me. They presented me with a number of options and were very clear about the cost of each and why. When one option turned out as not viable B&W contacted me and advised me of my remaining options.
