“My first yoga experience was amazing, I felt so refreshed and at peace after my session. I attended the vinyasa yoga session on Saturday morning, the instructor was so helpful, professional and I found her energy very calming. It is quite an intense lesson as you will be told so if you're looking to feel like you're really working out then this is for you. Other wise ask for advice on which suits your personal needs :) also the studio is lovely, refreshments available which I thought was lovely! in short - I recommend this class ”
