“Took my ford kuga to these guys as was told by ford main dealer that my whole gearbox needed to be changed. This wasn’t the case as the juddering issue was caused by another issue which they repaired at a fraction of the cost of ford. Didn’t need a whole new gearbox and disappointed that ford were quoting £6,000 to fix. If in doubt Ross is very knowledgeable and happy to discuss your needs.”
