I picked up my bashed Lenovo T450s on the second working day. It was all fixed as expected which saved me loads of time.
The engineer was an awkward sort with lots of unsolicited advice to offer (to a computer programmer). He was very particular about not committing to be able to fix it (not encouraging, but very professional) then entirely certain that he had (and I am typing this on the fixed machine, which is a good start). Yay for awkward sorts!
The fix cost me about 5% of the cost of what I paid to buy it new. I have all my data intact and the state of the OS etc is unaltered.
I'm a happy customer.
Very helpful and honest. Seems to really know what he's doing - my laptop was having all kinds of weird problems and he managed to get to the bottom of it. I got it back good as new, with all my files. Seems very trustworthy and genuinely helpful.
