“I don’t usually review on google but I regularly visit the lido cafe and feel very disappointed by the reviews I have read. I have never had an issue with the staff, I find them very pleasant and attentive. When I have been for an early morning swim they even let me in before the cafe had officially opened and let me grab a discount coffee which was very kind. I recently visited and had the shakshuka, it was delicious. I noticed there is also great options for vegans on the menu. As a manager of a cafe myself I know the struggles of making a profitable business through coffee so think it is a shame when people feel the need to leave such bitter reviews.”
