“Nathan is an incredible personal trainer. I am deeply grateful to have him in my life. I came to him looking to lose some weight and tone and define my body. We achieved this and so much more. Right from the beginning Nathan made me feel comfortable and at ease. His warm and understanding personality meant that any misgivings I had before quickly vanished. I felt safe with him and very quickly found myself feeling like my goals were something we were both working to achieve together as a team. Nathan has a detailed knowledge of food and exercise but what really made him stand out to me was how he made me feel about everything we were doing. It was never about making huge sacrifices or mindlessly working hard. Nathan showed me how I could make small and simple changes that fit with my busy life but that still really worked. He taught me how enjoy exercise and have it make me feel great about myself. We worked to develop clear and definite goals that were really meaningful to me and that I was genuinely excited to achieve. He got me to a place where eating well was a pleasure rather than the struggle and sacrifice it was before. I had planned to train with Nathan for two months and I'm still here more than a year and a half later. In this time how I feel about myself has completely changed. I now feel so much pride in myself and what I've done which I never did before. I have much more energy and enthusiasm for what I'm doing. I thought when I started this that it was all about changing my body. Those physical changes are lovely, and I'm really glad they're there, but I feel better about myself in ways that go far beyond this. Take the introductory session and experience Nathan for yourself.
