They have never done expensive work on my car without giving me a quote first. Had a reoccurring fault on my Ford which could have been one in a great number of things. They charged me once to try and fix it - car was fine for a week and then the same fault came back (not their fault) and it went back in twice, neither of which they charged me for. They even researched the problem and suggested places to get second hand parts from. I really could not recommend them more! An honest, reliable service.”
