(August 5, 2018, 5:11 pm)Elvira really is a baking superstar! I am GF and have always loved buying her cakes at Crystal Palace Market. This weekend we had lots of friends to visit and bought some vegan and gluten free goodies from Elvira - our guests loved the bakes and many have gone to order from her direct. Highly recommended!
(June 10, 2018, 4:47 am)Elvira provided us with a selection of both savoury and sweet cakes and tarts for the drinks reception following our wedding. Our guests absolutely raved about them! Beautifully presented and so tasty. Our guests with gluten intolerances were over the moon about the quality and variety. We were so delighted - huge thanks to Elvira who was a pleasure to work with.
(June 8, 2018, 7:12 am)Thank you Elvira! After a reccomendation from a friend, we ordered a wheat, dairy, nut, egg free cake, for my daughters 3rd birthday. Elvira sent me a couple of options and I chose the chocolate cake with fresh custard and berries inside and chocolate topping. It was amazing, perfectly moist and full of flavour! The adults and children were all asking for more, It was gone in minutes! We will come back for more soon.
(March 22, 2018, 12:50 pm)I have tried Elvira's delicious vegan gluten free chocolate cake - a special order for my husbands birthday decorated with pink roses. It was fluffy, moist and not overly sweet, a spectacular blend of indulgent dark chocolate! I have also tried her gluten and dairy free mini poppy seed and rose water cakes. All to die for! Highly recommended baker to fulfil any sweet tooth ... going for savoury child friendly treats next. :)
