“We called Homecure as we had already been without heating and hot water for 4 days and the company we have a plan with could not diagnose the fault, after sending 3 different engineers to us and replacing various parts of the boiler and having a new meter fitted. Hometree stuck to their fixed price despite a complete change in boiler from that initially quoted for (the video survey is a really good idea but perhaps not sufficient for more complex systems like mine). Communication from Lee at customer services was excellent. All in all, Hometree turned what could have been a really stressful process into an experience which has left me feeling really positive about Hometree as a company.
