“I recently attended Level 1 and 2 Reiki-Sechem training with Barbara Bailey of Real Life works and I can recommend her highly. Having completed a Level 1 Reiki Usui certificate course with another teacher whom I thought was very good, I found Barbara to be on another level. Firstly, being taught on a one-to-one basis meant that I received personalised attention for the entire day and was able to ask questions and get to grips with the training and attunements in my own time. Barbara is a warm and down-to-earth person and an excellent teacher as well as a super host; she made me lunch and delicious coffees and I felt welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. Her prices are very fair considering that I received a full day of training and attunements and walked away with 2 thorough manuals and a practitioner's certificate. If you are thinking of doing Reiki-Sechem training and want someone genuine with a great deal of experience I would highly recommend giving Barbara a call.”

“What a fabulous pizzeria - bustling, friendly, crowded but not oppressively so. Hipster rough-cut decor, a wood burning pizza oven and spotless open plan kitchen gave a great first impression. We had booked a family lunch for my daughter's birthday. The greeting was warm, we were shown to our table quickly, seated comfortably with menus in seconds. Our order was taken with immaculate efficiency and with a genuine smile, our questions were answered gracefully and advice was given only when asked for. The food arrived quickly, piping hot or cold as required and it was delightful, really tasty. Generously proportioned well cooked crispy light pizza bases with really imaginative savoury toppings, salads with fresh ingredients well put together. Desserts were impeccable, as was the coffee. What was even more refreshing was that when I asked for the bill it came in under a minute and was spot on correct, presented with a smile and a big thank you for the tip. I cannot overstate how well run this place was - really 100% across the board. Well done. We'll be back.”
