“Hi, I normally do not send emails or letters unless in extreme cases such as today. I would like to praise Dr B Patel and his assistant for their treatment which was absolutely amazing. I felt very ill, in a great amount of pain and quite anxious before my emergency appointment. Dr Patel quickly worked out I felt, his empathy, care and understanding was amazing and I was instantly impressed with the way he could handle a difficult patient such as myself with ease. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. His skill at dentistry was superb. I had a rather bad infection, swollen face, bad tooth in need of extraction and was in extreme pain. He was so gentle I hardly felt a thing and pretty much walked out of his surgery with a smile on my face feeling so much better. Dr Patel and his assistant are a credit to the profession and I wish him all the best. I would also like to thank the ladies at reception for getting my in so quickly and being so nice. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone who may have reservations/phobias about visiting the dentist.”
