Her colleague also clearly knew the book. Both very knowledgeable and friendly, despite the shop being very busy ahead of Christmas!”

“This store offers all you would need in a major train station. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and take the time to help customers who don't speak great English to ensure the get what they need. Lots of food choices at a reasonable price (for its location) especially with the meal deal option. Store is also open late which is extremely useful especially for the football fans looking to crab a quick drink/bit to eat after an evening game. The addition of the self service tills is very nice as well making it quick and easy to pay. I feel the store does need to be a little bigger.”
