they were very friendly,, efficient service.and , warm welcoming.
Most of all, they know what to do . So professional.

I booked an appointment to fix my iPhone as my charging port wasn’t working. The technician cleaned it for me before attempting a repair and fixed it free of charge! Really appreciate the honest and kind service.

Great store. Got a great deal on a phone case and screen protector. The two workers Tina and Aqilles answered every aching question I had about my device, even though I may have come off weird and persistent. Would urge all people to go here. Definitely would come back again. - ‘Shop review.’

Good welcoming staff but the place is hard to locate if you don’t know Kings Cross very well. A member of staff directed me to the British library- it is nowhere near. The shop is actually part of the shops attached to the Train station. It is outside the taxi rank lane.
The shop mainly deals with phones & tablet but also repairs drones.

I replaced an iPhone 6 screen that had been installed just over a year ago and stopped functioning. This is the first time I use ismash and I was very satisfied, especially compared to previous experiences in other places, Easy and quick to book on line, shop looks tidy , very pleasant and professional staff, my screen was replaced quickly while I was having a coffee at the station, and they also fitted the screen protector I brought. Screen quality is very good, and while not original Apple, the life time warranty gives a peace of mind. Definitely recommend.
