  Just sold a V40 at the Chessington branch this morning. The online valuation was higher than any others, it was easy to book the appointment, and all the info/ID I required was clearly explained. Jodie was brilliant and the whole process was very straightforward and I was pleasantly surprised by the very small reduction for my scuffed alloys. Top job, highly recommended and I will be back!

  Bought an Audi A1 (with a part exchange) today- absolutely love it and amazing service from the whole team! Terry and Jodie were extremely helpful and everything went through smoothly , I would definitely recommend the store. Thank you!!!

  Fantastic customer service. What a lovely team!
  We got a car moved closer for us to view. As we arrived the team greeted us with tea and coffee, then let us explore the car alone for a few minutes. Rosie took us out for a test drive and then gave us some time alone to think/talk it through together.
  All such a smooth and professional service. We actually decided we wanted a different car at another garage. Terry arranged a reservation refund straight away.
  We’re actually gutted we didn’t like the car as much as the other one because it’s not often you get that level of customer service. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase!
