(October 22, 2018, 3:03 pm)I'm giving CHAT 5 stars because they are a worthy charity and the work they do is remarkable. However, on a personal note which has spoiled this for me: Took in a young stray today I'd been feeding as I felt confident she wasn't owned etc and left feeling terrible. The lady on reception was abrupt and looked at me like I was the cats owner who no longer wanted him/her. I've adopted 2 feral kittens and 1 semi feral over the years (still have them) so found this very upsetting. Really disappointed
(September 20, 2018, 3:03 pm)Excellent service and kind staff. I would have had to put my dog to sleep as the local veterinary wanted th charge six times the price. I believe you need a referral so ask your vet if you are skint to refer you.
